Our screen enclosure
is a structure with aluminum columns or posts and screens for walls and
in most cases the ceiling. A translucent polycarbonate roof may be installed.
Screen enclosures are also sometimes called pool
enclosures, porch enclosures, jacuzzi enclosures, deck enclosures, florida
rooms, lanais, pool cages. The
size can vary from a small 10 x 10 or as large as 50 x 50 and sometimes
larger. You can also use our materials to enclose any existing structure
such as a porch with a wood/shingle roof.

Why would I want screen enclosure?
There are multiple reason why someone would consider a screen enclosure. First and foremost is the protection against mosquitos and other insects. A screen enclosure lets you enjoy the outdoors again. Another reason is to keep your pool/deck free of leaves, sticks and animal activity. It also adds a safety factor. Over a pool it can act as a barrier to keep children safe from the water. As an edition to your patio it helps keep children and pets in a confined area and safe. It keeps animals out. Leave you home door wide open and create a seamless transition from inside to out. A screen enclosure will add to the value of your home
Are there different types of screen enclosures?
Screen enclosures
can be built from a variety of materials. Our screen enclosures are made
using only quality

Are
Screen Enclosures the same as "3 Season Rooms"?
No. A typical three
season room has windows that open and close, includes an solid insulated
ceiling and is pretty close to adding another room to your home. A screen
enclosure is like being outside, but without the nuisance of insects.
Many screen enclosures have higher than normal screen ceilings although
we do offer a polycarbonate roof option. A 10mm polycarbonate roof is
meant to keep the elements such as rain and
snow out.
Are all screen enclosure extrusions the same?
No. First, there are
different types of aluminum alloys, although most companies use 6063.
Since most companies use the same aluminum alloy, much of the difference
is how much is used to make an extrusion and where the material is placed
on the extrusion. When we designed our Titan Genuity Beams, we added more
mass to the part of the beam that controls deflection. Less deflection
greatly reduces the possibilty of failure do to heavy roof loads. Also important is
the quality of the extrusion process itself and our extrusion are subject
to a stringent process and close inspection.

How
long will the screens last?
We use only Super Screen,
the brute of the screen industry. It comes with a 10 year limited warranty
and outlasts any other screen in the industry.
Do
the screens need to be removed for the winter?
No. American Screen
Enclosures, LLC is committed to quality. Don’t be fooled by a screen
roof and walls. This is a very durable structure, designed to withstand
the weather 12 months a year, no matter where you live. In part our product
is a premium product because of the low maintenance. In reality, these
are zero maintenance structures, although it is a good idea for cosmetic
reasons to wipe down the aluminum with a rag to keep the aluminum clean
because dust and dirt can build up, depending on
it’s immediate surroundings.
Do
you sell Screen Enclosure Kits?
No. Not at this time. But we will help you design a gazebo or enclosure to custom fit you situation.
